ABOUT THE PROGRAM

To empower women entrepreneurs, our Honourable Chairman, Mr. D. Chakrapani, IAS, launched a transformative training initiative. This effort was generously supported by Sri Day Veerlapati, CEO of S2Tech, USA, who sponsored the Entrepreneur Leadership Development Programme (ELDP). The program saw enthusiastic participation from students of Andhra Mahila Sabha Arts and Science College for Women.

The ELDP is conducted virtually and caters to over 100 students per batch. Organized in collaboration with incubation centers at prestigious institutions like IITs and IIMs, the program spans 12 weeks, featuring one session per week and a mentor session every alternate week. Students are grouped into teams of 4-5 members, with each group guided by an experienced mentor. Together, they tackle a mutually agreed-upon problem statement, leveraging the mentor’s expertise.

The program covers 12 carefully curated topics, including Business and Finance, Design Thinking, Ideation, Sales and Marketing, as well as Presentation and Communication Skills. These sessions are delivered by global industry experts, equipping students with essential entrepreneurial skills. Throughout the program, participants develop a pitch deck, which is eventually showcased as a video presentation to a panel of international judges during the concluding Pitch Fest.

ABOUT SRI DAY VEERLAPATI

Mr. Day Veerlapati, also known as Mr. Dayakar, serves as the President and CEO of S2Tech, a health-focused technology company dedicated to enhancing health outcomes while reducing costs. Established in April 1997, S2Tech is headquartered in Chesterfield, USA, with a key operational center in Hyderabad, India. Over the past 25 years, the company has earned a stellar reputation for delivering specialized IT and business services to both government and private sector clients.
