ELDP

Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development Programme (ELDP) is organized virtually for a batch of 100+ students. The students in every batch are divided into groups, each consisting of 4-5 students. A mentor is assigned to each group. Each group works on a mutually agreed problem statement with the mentor’s guidance. There are 12 topics in ELDP, covering concepts of Business & Finance, Design Thinking, Idea, Sales & Marketing, and Presentation and Communication skills, delivered by global industry experts. These sessions help the students work on their pitch deck, ultimately presented as a video to a panel of global judges during the Pitch Fest.

The program, organized with the Incubation Centers of various IITs and IIMs, is customized to deliver 12 sessions in 12 weeks (1 session per week and 1 mentor session every alternate week).

To empower women entrepreneurs, our Chairman, Sir D. Chakrapani, IAS (Retd), launched a training initiative. Sri Day Veerlapati, CEO of S2 Tech, USA, significantly contributed by sponsoring the Entrepreneur Leadership Development Program (ELDP). Students from the Andhra Mahila Sabha Arts and Science College for Women, IIM Lucknow, IIT Patna, IIM Udaipur, and IIT Roorkee participated in the selection process.
