Aims

The aim of the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is to provide a channel that enables student concerns to be addressed quickly, without fear of reprisal. The committee is committed to developing and maintaining an effective, timely, fair and equitable grievance handling system accessible to all complainants.

Objectives

• To develop an organizational framework to resolve grievances of students and stakeholders.
• To enlighten students on their duties and responsibilities to access benefits.
• To ensure effective solutions to student grievances.
• To obtain a speedy resolution to problems wherever possible.
