Graduation Day Report – 7th Graduation Ceremony 4th December 2025

The Andhra Mahila Sabha Arts and Science College for Women proudly celebrated its 7th Graduation Day Ceremony on 4th December 2025, a day filled with honour, pride, and academic splendour. The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the lives of the graduating students as they stepped into a new phase of professional and personal growth. The grand event was attended by distinguished dignitaries, esteemed faculty members, proud parents, and the graduating students who gathered to commemorate their academic accomplishments.

The dignitaries, adorned in ceremonial academic regalia, made their way to the dais, symbolising the rich traditions and academic prestige of the institution. This was followed by a solemn invocation and lighting of the lamp, signifying the pursuit of knowledge, wisdom, and enlightenment.

Welcome Address & Institutional Highlights

The Principal, Prof. K. Karuna Devi, delivered an eloquent Welcome Address, presenting the progress, achievements, and transformative initiatives undertaken by the college during the academic years 2023 to 2025. She highlighted the institution’s commitment toward academic excellence, student support systems, research culture, collaborations with national institutions, and skill-development efforts aimed at empowering young women for future challenges.
She extended heartfelt congratulations to the graduating students for their dedication, perseverance, and accomplishments, urging them to uphold professional ethics and contribute meaningfully to society.

Graduation Oath & Conferment of Degrees

Following the address, the Graduation Oath was administered, reaffirming the graduates’ commitment to ethical conduct, service, and lifelong learning.
Degrees were then formally conferred upon students across various disciplines. The atmosphere was filled with pride as meritorious students were honoured with gold medals, academic awards, and certificates of excellence in recognition of their outstanding performance.

Convocation Address

The Convocation was honoured by the presence of the Chief Guest, Prof. S. Jithendra Kumar Naik, who delivered an intellectually enriching Convocation Address. His message focused on leadership, innovation, resilience, and social responsibility in a rapidly changing world. He encouraged graduates to pursue continuous learning, embrace opportunities with confidence, and play an active role in nation-building.

Special Guest Message

Dr. Y. Vamsi Krishna, Professor & Head of Neuro Surgery, NIMS, addressed the graduates with an inspiring message, urging them to pursue excellence with dedication and humility. He emphasized the importance of continuous learning, discipline, and compassion in both personal and professional life. Encouraging students to embrace challenges with courage, he reminded them that true achievement lies not only in building successful careers but also in contributing positively to society. He congratulated the graduates and wished them a future filled with purpose, growth, and meaningful accomplishments.

Guests of Honour Message

Following this, the Guests of Honour addressed the gathering and conveyed their encouraging messages to the graduates. They spoke about the importance of integrity, perseverance, and professionalism in shaping a successful future. Emphasising the value of discipline and continuous self-improvement, they urged the students to remain committed to their goals and uphold the ideals of the institution wherever they go. Their words of wisdom inspired the graduates to move forward with confidence, responsibility, and a sense of purpose.

Award of  Degree Certificates

Following the Guest’s of Honour address, the ceremony proceeded with the award of degree certificates to the graduating students. Degrees were conferred department-wise with dignity and academic decorum, as graduates walked across the stage to receive their certificates amidst applause from the audience. This moment marked the culmination of their academic journey and celebrated their hard work, commitment, and achievements.

The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, followed by the official dissolution of the academic procession. Graduates, faculty, and families captured timeless photographs, celebrating memories that will be cherished for years to come.
