Andhra Mahila Sabha Arts and Science College for Women is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all academic and administrative functions.

In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and vigilance norms issued by the Central Vigilance Commission, the College has designated a Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO). In our institution, the CVO is a senior faculty member entrusted with vigilance responsibilities alongside academic duties.
The Chief Vigilance Officer is responsible for:
Preventive Vigilance: Identifying sensitive areas, conducting inspections, and streamlining procedures to reduce the scope for corruption or malpractice.
Complaint Redressal: Receiving and examining complaints related to misconduct, fraud, or unethical practices in a fair and confidential manner.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to conduct rules, asset declarations, and monitoring areas requiring vigilance oversight.
Coordination & Reporting: Acting as a liaison between the College and statutory/regulatory authorities on vigilance matters.
Awareness Initiatives: Promoting ethical practices and observing Vigilance Awareness Week to strengthen institutional integrity.
Through this mechanism, the College reaffirms its dedication to good governance and ethical academic practices.
