Research Training Consultancy Cell (RTCC) is a valuable centre to promote the Research activities of Andhra Mahila Sabha Arts & Science College for Women(AMSASCW). It aims to motivate the faculties and the students to concentrate the research activities such as Research publications, Research Projects and consultancy works in the Institute. To enhance our economic growth of the nation, Research scholars and the faculties contribute their innovative ideas for the centre of research. The institution provides the ideas of the research to the faculties and post graduate students to carry out their research with the satisfactory.

AMSASCW RTCC cell collaborate with core industries and manufacturing companies to educate the students to improve the practical exposures of the industries. The institution gives the full support to the faculties and the students to improve the Research activities and also provides the financial support to newly emerging innovative research works in the area of Business & Humanities fields.

• To motivate the faculties for applying and getting funds from various available government and non-government funding agencies to conduct Seminar, Workshop and FDP to improve their professional knowledge and skills.
• To initiate MOU with industries to promote the research activities among the academic community
• To focus and coordinate faculty level seminars, workshops, faculty development activities in the area of the research among the faculties and students.

• To make awareness among the faculties and students on the concentration of research by giving proper direction through the research
• To get the proper research information in the approved format for the faculty contribution on directing the students, research publications and funded projects from outdoor funding
• To establish the Research committee, Incubation centres to achieve the research activities and consultancy works in the college
• To arrange guest lecturers by eminent professors/researchers, industrialists for the welfare of the faculties and students to make an interest on the
• To assign a senior faculty as Reseach Traning Consultancy Cell coordinator to get collective multi-disciplinary projects and best practical exposures from various research organizations
• To ensure the updates of the faculty research contribution with recent trends in business for every semester
• To provide the financial incentives, academic leaves to the faculty for encouraging their qualification and quality of research
• To provide the support for Research projects as per the prescribed guidelines and aims to target the expected outcome of the proposed

Faculty Contribution on Research through RTCC

Funded projects:

The institute motivated the faculties to establish the recent research projects to get the financial support from the various organizations. The faculty members of AMSASCW as principal investigators are very interested to submit the funded projects and got the funds with the duration of one to two years from the various government and non-government agencies.

Research collaborations:

The institute initiated to the faculties to interact with industries through the proper MOU to organize the research activities like seminars, workshops, National/International conferences in the college premises. At present, institution has signed MOU with more than 20 organisations during the last five years.

Research events:

• The faculty members of various departments have been appreciated by giving the awards for the best research contributions and excellence in the
• Most of the faculties are willing to register the doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in the well- established universities. More than five faculties of the institute have registered their D. so far
• All faculties are instructed to publish the research papers and book chapters in the reputed national/international journals. Many of the faculties from various branches published their research articles in reputed journals such as SPRINGER, SCOPUS, ABD, SSCI, UGC care Some faculties published recent articles in standard book chapters
• All faculties submitted and presented their research papers in International/ National conferences conducted by the various universities and institutions
• Most of the faculties registered online courses to learn about valuable topics from the respective research
• Many Research activities such as workshops, seminars conducted through Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and industry academia innovative practices during the last five years in the college

To improve the research activities of the faculty members and students, AMSASCW Research Traning Consultancy Cell has introduced the new Institution Research Policy framed by the committee members. Senior faculties from each and every department act as Research coordinators to ensure the research activities in the campus. The assigned coordinators have been approved by the Governing body of the institution.
