DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

ABOUT:

The Department of Public Administration was established in 1968 in Andhra Mahila Sabha Arts & Science College, O.U.Campus, Hyderabad. The need for social economic development is a key to the future of mankind. Therefore, public administration has come to be the most important domain. Consequently, it is now more important and challenging to have a better understanding of administrative dynamics to achieve the goals of the social economic Developments.

 VISION

The vision of Public Administration program is to educate students about public administration and prepare   hem to work in public, private, and non-governmental sectors.

  • Students will learn about public administration concepts and theories, and how to analyze and perform tasks related to public affairs.
  • Students will learn how to apply their knowledge to solve problems in public administration settings.
  • Students will develop skills for leadership, teamwork, and lifelong learning. They will also learn how to communicate effectively and integrate ethical standards into their decision-making.
  • Students will learn how public administration relates to democratic values like law and order, equality, and justice.

MISSION

The mission of a Department of Public Administration in a BA program is to educate students about public   administration, government policies, and constitutional values
